Niki Wang
HR Coordinator
Niki Wang is the HR Coordinator supporting the Departments of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Cellular & Physiological Sciences.
She has a background in Human Resources, with experience in recruitment and employee engagement. Prior to joining UBC, she gained HR experience at organizations including Dow Chemical. She is passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive workplace experiences.
Originally from Shanghai, Niki brings a multicultural perspective, having also spent time in Tokyo, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
In Niki’s spare time, she enjoys Pilates, exploring cafés, and staying active.
